Description

The IPS union is still on Strike and both Deacon and Doug are feeling the effects. They are depressed and listless. Carrie suggests that they get out and do something - with Arthur - hoping it will pull them out of their depression. The three go along with the idea, and end up having a great time - , playing pranks on people and acting like wild, out of control teenagers.
