The New Adventures of Old Tom

Mad Men is set in the 1960s, initially at the fictional Sterling Cooper advertising agency on Madison Avenue in New York City, and later at the newly created firm of Sterling Cooper Draper Pryce. The show centers on Don Draper, creative director at Sterling Cooper and a founding partner at Sterling Cooper Draper Pryce, as well as those in his life in and out of the office. The show stars Julia Louis-Dreyfus as Christine Campbell, a divorced mother and owner of a women's gym. The program revolves around Christine finding herself trying to keep pace with everyone around her such as the 'meanie moms' at her son's new private school after things complicate when her ex-husband starts to date another, or new, Christine.

The revamped version returned to the air in 1972, and is currently still airing in the United States. From September 4, 1972 to June 15, 2007, the show was hosted by Bob Barker. On October 15, 2007, Drew Carey debuted as the new host. In this new iteration, four contestants place one bid on an initial product; the player who bids closest to the product's actual retail price without going over then gets to play one of several mini-games (dubbed Pricing Games in most countries) for an additional and more substantial prize. One contestant, through various elimination formats, could find themselves winning a large showcase of prizes at the show's conclusion. Originally thirty minutes long, the show was expanded to its current hour-long format on November 3, 1975. At this time, a new feature, the Showcase Showdown, was introduced. The three pricing game contestants from each half of the show were asked to spin a large wheel displaying various amounts from five cents up to one dollar. The contestant in each Showdown who came closest to one dollar in not more than two spins, without going over, was brought back to compete in the Showcase at the end of the show.

The Voice is a new American reality television singing competition scheduled to premiere on April 26, 2011 on the television network NBC to rival Fox network's American Idol and the forthcoming The X Factor. The new show is part of the The Voice franchise and is fashioned on a similar competition format in The Netherlands entitled The Voice of Holland.

The plot focuses on police officer Jack Traven who tries to arrest an insane bomber/extortionist. After the bomber escapes, he sets up a bomb on a city bus which Traven boards and must keep moving above 50 miles per hour or the bomb will explode. He endures a race against time with the help of a beautiful passenger, with whom he falls in love.

It is based on the novel of the same name by Thomas Harris, his second to feature Dr. Hannibal Lecter, brilliant psychiatrist and cannibalistic serial killer. In the film, Clarice Starling, a young FBI trainee, seeks the advice of the imprisoned Lecter on catching a serial killer known only as "Buffalo Bill"
