This Virgin Trains ad begins with a woman riding the train, preparing to run a race. At the start line, the woman, now dressing in a fish costume, isn't just in the zone, she owns the zone. The race begins, and the woman places the top of her fish costume on her head and sets out running. Along the race course, a man dressed in a shark costume accidentally steps on the woman's fish tail, ripping it off. The fish woman continues running the race, stopping to help a man with a muscle cramp, leaping over another runner who has stopped to tie a loose shoe string. Finally, the woman in the fish costume crosses the finish line, victorious. Back on the Virgin Train, still in her fish costume, the woman holds her finisher's medal, while the man in the shark costume is asleep next to her, still holding the broken fish tail from the woman's costume.
