Paul Weaver is accustomed to playing around on his wife Nancy from his baseball-playing days. When divorce papers are filed against him, Paul decides to travel to Pennsylvania and attend his sister's wedding. But Nancy and his two daughters are both there, making the situation uncomfortable for everyone.

Love Hurts is a British situation-comedy television series that was broadcast from 1992 to 1994 on the BBC.

Dr. Ben Bingham is a middle-aged ear, nose, and throat doctor. Amanda is his vibrant wife. Amanda leaves Ben when the idea of sharing an empty nest with her inattentive husband becomes unbearable. Ben becomes depressed and tries to drown himself in alcohol. He walks around in pajamas until his son Justin gives him a makeover and introduces him to the social scene. Before long, Ben becomes so popular that he is pursued by his nurse, his personal trainer, and karaoke-loving twin sisters. However, things quickly change when Justin finds himself in love. It is now Ben’s turn to teach his son the art of romance and in the process recapture his own wife's love.

Roussakoff and Hector arrest two gay men for brawling in the street outside a gay bar. Two of the precinct's beat cops, Heagan and Pittorino, are assigned to escort them to the station. But by the time they reach the station house, the gay men's injuries are much worse and one of them accuses the two officers who brought them in of police brutality. Roussakoff and Hector find themselves as witnesses to the event as Santoro tries to find out which party is telling the truth. Meanwhile, Terry Doyle finds himself doing some driving, to earn some extra money, for a businessman. He informs his brother Jimmy, and then Lt. Jonas of Internal Affairs, when he discovers that the man, Paddy Flannagan, is a major criminal. Terry is asked to go undercover, even though he hasn't even finished at the academy yet. Elsewhere, Lowery and Nona investigate a shop owner who claims that is he being harassed by an Arab hot dog vendor whom is stealing business from his store. Also, Jonas surprises everyone when he arrives at the station and announces that he's the new captain of the 74th Precinct.

A wounded Leo appears at the manor, asking the Halliwell sisters to protect an innocent woman returning to San Francisco under his guidance. Daisy is being stalked by a Darklighter who hunts and kills present and future Whitelighters with poisoned arrows. The Darklighter Alec fell in love with her. Leo reveals that the Darklighters' poison is deadly, and Piper finds a power switching spell in the Book of Shadows so she can use Leo's healing power on him. Prue switches powers with Alec and uses his own powers against him.

The teaching hospital buzzes with rumors of House's upcoming date with Cameron. After House is harsh to an awaiting clinic patient the man develops a mysterious stroke. At the same time, House also deals with an elderly couple whose overactive sex life is seemingly causing them problems.

Carroll reaches out to Hardy with an unusual request, and despite the threat of swift and violent retribution if his demands are not met, Hardy realizes that he might be holding onto a bigger bargaining chip than first thought.
