- Dates: November 2010 - March 2011
- Type: Television Commercial
The commercial begins with two kids drawing on what appears to be a chalkboard in a park (possibly a back yard). The mother who is supervising pulls out her phone and uses a voice command to start a text message to two people. We then see Paul, who is walking his dog (a Rottweiler), and Leigh who is leaving a hardware store receive the text message. The play then starts to come together. A woman wheels up a harp, and groups of people are putting together the set. Some older men are creating a giant face with a goatee, and kids are getting into costume. The set shows a fairy tale background with a castle, and some men are holding up clouds on large poles. On a closer view we see that they are putting on a production of Jack and the Beanstalk, and the large face with the goatee the men were creating was the giant who appears over the set as Jack is climbing the bean stalk. Send text to Paul and Leigh (Lee). Help us put on a play. There's a simple way to make a difference. The new LG Optimus T only at T-Mobile. Navigate and text with Google Voice Actions. So, is it a smart phone, or something better? (Lyrics) We sailed away on a winter's day With fate as malleable as clay But ships are fallible, I say And the nautical, like all things, fades and I Can recall our caravel Is it a smartphone?
