Stuck On You is a Farrelly Brothers comedy about a pair of conjoined twins. They use their unique deformity as a means to gain acceptance and live as normally as possible within everyday life. The brothers also have to deal with the complications of dating as Bob meets and falls in love with May, a woman he met online, who is unaware that Bob has a conjoined twin.

John Q is a film about John Quincy Archibald, a father and husband whose son is diagnosed with an enlarged heart and then finds out he cannot receive a transplant because HMO insurance will not cover it. Therefore, he decides to take a hospital full of patients hostage until the hospital puts his son's name on the donor's list

An old vampire friend of Stefan's arrives in Mystic Falls, the 350-year-old Lexi. She makes Elena realize the value of love, and helps her to take the first step towards renewing a relationship with Stefan.

An older woman, Charlotte, who has been taking care of her husband Eddie for the last six months, is rushed to Princeton-Plainsboro for treatment after collapsing at Eddie's deathbed from respiratory failure. The case is further complicated as Eddie's condition improves while Charlotte's deteriorates. Meanwhile, the team tries to deal with their grief over Kutner's sudden suicide.

J.D. tries to stop acting like a child while Turk tries to bring him back. Dr. Cox has an 11-year-old patient, Josh, with leukemia, and has to deal with the child's parents who want to keep the condition a secret from Josh. On Dr. Kelso's birthday, Elliot throws him a party, and finds out that Dr. Kelso is 65 years old. The hospital's board members find out about it and force him to retire. He asks for it to be kept a secret until they find a replacement.
