The Incredible Hulk

When Mia realizes that she won't be able to be in her wedding party due to her pregnancy, she and Casey decide it would be best to postpone the wedding, but then Mia runs into trouble when the bridal shop wont refund her money for her wedding dress. Meanwhile, Joel tries to hold back from crying with his toast, so Ben uses the opportunity to make Joel cry as revenge for Joel making fun of him when he cried over his childhood pet dying.

Nancy, Andy, and Silas return to Agrestic, now rebuilt & renamed "Regrestic". Nancy meets up with Conrad to see if he would grow MILF weed for her again but trouble comes when she finds out that Guillermo is out of prison and in charge again. Silas runs into Megan and comes clean about poking holes in his condoms so she would get pregnant; the two make up and get back together. Andy goes looking for Yael, who does not remember him. Meanwhile, Shane is arrested for car theft, which turns out to be a setup by Ouellette to test his loyalty, and Doug decides to start a religious cult. Andy announces to Nancy that he had made the decision to leave her for good; the two experience a passionate sexual encounter at the same spot where Judah had his heart attack, and despite Nancy's tearful pleas, Andy leaves.

Carrie mentions that she could stand to lose a couple of plans, and Doug comes up with a way to trick her into losing weight. He says he wants to lose weight with her, and enlists the help of neighbor, Lou Ferrigno as their trainer. When Doug finds out that Lou has been forced to give up video games by his wife, he formulates a plan. Lou will train Carrie to help her lose weight, but when it's Doug's turn Lou plays video games while Doug rests and snacks. Meanwhile, Arthur sees an old episode of $10,000 Pyramid on which he was a contestant. At the end of the show he hears that all contestants were promised a year supply of Rice-a-Roni, of which he never received. He sets out on a mission to get his San Francisco treat, after all these years.

Jack manipulates Liz into manipulating Angie into manipulating Tracy. This entire episode of 30 Rock is being aired as a "Queen of Jordan" episode.
